Fee Petition Denied

In a Decision issued on October 28, 2016, the Vermont Department of Labor upheld the stringent standard for an award of attorney’s fees in a worker’s compensation proceeding that is resolved short of Formal Hearing.  See Houle v. Valley Crane Services, Inc.  Justin Sluka represented the Defendant.
